I am very disappointed with the service at Salon Keller. I missed an appointment because my daughter was sick and I had to take her to the hospital. I tried calling 12-13 times, but no one was available. When I called the next day, I was told I couldn't reschedule. I tried to explain the situation, but the employee was very rude, didn't listen to me, and just hung up. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For the first time, I am truly disappointed with the staff and customer service at Salon Keller.
The men's haircut with wash and head massage was a complete disaster. I can't even begin to describe how bad it was. The price for the cut was almost €30, and then an additional €3.50 for the 30-40 second head massage... Unbelievable! I've been going there for two years, but I don't think I'll be going back.
We're always very satisfied. The ladies at the salon are lovely! My daughter gets her hair done there regularly. 🙂
