Fantastic practice! Thanks to the friendly and helpful ladies at reception, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Even before the first treatment, they took the time for a thorough initial consultation. Throughout the entire treatment period, I was consistently impressed by the therapist's extremely appreciative, respectful, and empathetic approach to my individual needs. Before each treatment, the therapist briefly reviewed the previous session, asked about my current well-being, and tailored the upcoming treatment to my specific requirements. I am completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

Unfortunately, there's a lot of confusion when scheduling appointments. Many phone changes, which can make you confused. The treatment time was extremely short at first; only after consulting with another therapist did it become more appropriate and the treatment improved. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely satisfied and can only give it two stars. Satisfaction and treatment success clearly depend on the therapists; unfortunately, not all of them can be recommended.
