Dr. Alfen is a very special dentist for me. She is empathetic, warm, and has a pleasant sense of humor that quickly builds trust. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere. I am particularly impressed by her commitment to preserving teeth. She is one of those dentists who always prioritizes preserving natural teeth over rushing to replace them. She works with meticulous care, transparently explains all the options, and takes the necessary time. You can feel her expertise and genuine passion for her profession. The entire practice team also deserves high praise: friendly, organized, responsive, attentive, and always with a smile. I highly recommend her and am truly happy to visit her practice.

A very good, competent doctor with extensive knowledge in his field. He takes a lot of time for his patients, is very empathetic, and keeps them informed about every step. Most of the staff are also great. However, I'm not sure if I'll continue going to this practice. A woman at reception, Ms. S., was either having a bad day or perhaps chose the wrong profession. I only popped into the practice briefly to make an appointment and was sent to the waiting room. Of course, I was forgotten. These things happen, but there was no apology (which would have been nice, but of course, not required). What was far more unpleasant was the tone she used. It's a real shame. I felt very uncomfortable and expect a different kind of treatment from people who work with them.
