Hello dear Alonis Team, Thank you so much for the super fast help and service. From initial contact to the completed installation of a Vaillant heat pump, it only took 5 weeks. Fantastic, impressive! The work was done competently and very cleanly. Existing components (buffer tank, mixing valve, etc.) were reused in the system, keeping sustainability in mind. Thank you for the customized solution 😊 Best regards, Heiko

We commissioned Alonis GmbH to install an air-to-water heat pump in our new building. We felt well advised from the start. What was particularly important to us was the very prompt response to our calls and emails, something we unfortunately hadn't experienced in our previous experience with tradespeople. All questions were always answered very competently, and we had the impression that we were dealing with a professional company. The heating system was ordered immediately after the down payment, and Mr. Berdnik was able to install it quickly. Even when we had a minor accident with the heating system through our own fault, Mr. Berdnik was able to help us quickly. We have recommended Alonis GmbH to our friends, who are also satisfied.

I became aware of Alonis GmbH through a friend's recommendation. After contacting them, it quickly became clear that Mr. Berdnik is very service-oriented, empathetic, responsive, and knowledgeable. The requested quote for the installation of heating and plumbing (two-family house, new construction) was well-structured and easy to understand. I was very pleased with it. Mr. Berdnik has paved the way for future collaborations on one of our next projects. Alonis GmbH, keep up the good work!
