The practice is closed for vacation, and you're only given an appointment for that period. What's more, this appointment was suggested by the practice itself, so now I'm standing in front of the closed practice. What unprofessional planning! Trust is gone. I certainly won't be coming back.
A fantastic practice! The entire staff, including the doctor, is highly recommended. Friendly and competent. If you can't get through by phone, you can also simply send an email 😉. Definitely five out of five!
The doctor was great, but the receptionist was rude. I was supposed to be there by 11:30, but was sent away at 11:15 with the advice to go to the emergency room. They said no further appointments were available, as the next few weeks were fully booked. That's not what I call friendly and polite :-)
