A very rude receptionist. Despite having an urgent complaint, she made me wait two hours because I didn't have an appointment and then told me I would have to wait another two hours or more. Very poor service. Absolutely not recommended.

I went to the doctor's office in person today to book an appointment for my daughter. She's been a patient there for a long time and urgently needs this check-up. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get an appointment in the near future. She's supposed to call again in February. But you can't get through on the phone, and they're not responding to emails. She'll have to find another doctor.

Unfortunately, I can only echo the other reviews. I've been trying to get an appointment for March since September. These appointments are crucial because I have to go for regular checkups due to an acute glaucoma attack two years ago. Normally, I get the next available appointment immediately after booking. However, since it was over the New Year period, the calendar wasn't yet activated. Since the beginning of October, I've been trying to book by phone. What can I say? I'm put on hold for up to 40 minutes each time. Eventually, I gave up in frustration. I've also emailed several times requesting a callback. I received the standard reply that appointments aren't booked online and that I should try the website. If only that would work! What else can I do?
