0 stars is unfortunately not possible. Thank you for your friendly response and explanation. You are absolutely right, of course; you deserve 2-3 stars for your efforts. I'm deducting points for the handwritten note detailing what has been done so far, which I should contact Ford directly with (and I thought the Ford logo on your house meant something; I only received the note after repeated insistence: "We are not allowed to tell you what has been done; you are the best person to tell Ford what has happened") and for your employee's statements (I quote verbatim): "My Kuga is 4 years old and only has 60 percent battery capacity left; it's perfectly normal for certain things to not work in winter." At least he expressed understanding that I find it unreasonable that a car battery only has 40% capacity after 1.5 years, and depending on the outside temperature, you can't be sure whether the car will start. But, according to him, that's apparently normal for Ford. Best regards Update from March 27: Took the vehicle to a proper repair shop. Troubleshooting -> battery is the problem -> battery replaced -> many thanks to Ford Krahn in Giessen. That's how it should work. Best regards Tobias Plücker
