Seller are very friendly and honest. I know because I bought auto by them. But God help you if you have problem and you go there to ask for help. Mehanick there will mock you, laughing at you like you are idiot. I recommend to all who even think to use Werkstatt there to first speak whit seller and arrange everything whit him. Or you gona have very bed experience like I was. Before I did what I recommend. For sellers there I give 10* but Mehanick 0 Answer: One week after we buy auto. Auto have some motor Lampe which come and go. I bring auto to auto house and i will not use names. But mechanich war rude- Why im bring auto because there no motor Lampe on. I try to speak and explain to him. But he continue to be rude, scan auto and say all is good and give me back auto. After that i drive in Wetzlar Audi so they read "code" and they find 5 feller codes - so i ask them to make photos from all codes that they see. And they make that for me. Soon war time to change oil. I again try to speak whit mechanic about same problem which after few months is more and more obvious to that mater that you drive and auto get by self off in the middle of driving. But for him that doesnt matter he laughed and say they look in to it. Of course they didnt do enything else except change oil. When i ask them if they look what is wrong whit Audi - they simply say everything is good. We checked everything and we even install update so now everything is repaired and they rude laughed. I go and check that update which they supposedly did make. And to my suprise -SAME VERSION - no update but i was to engry to go back in autosalon because i will end on police. So i let it go and make termin to ADAC so they check auto and what is the problem but before termin i have for ADAC auto completely stop to drive. And them after one week they repaired it. For Now auto drive let say good. But i dont know what they make auto spend a lot more diese then what normaly must by normal drive. Im still wondering if i need to pay 4500 € to check my auto ny ADAC and then see what is my legal action if it happens that mechanics for the threed time make shameless work .
