Super friendly, helpful, and pragmatic. Sometimes you get very uncomplicated help where others would probably say, "Unfortunately, we can't do anything."

If you don't have an appointment, you'll be kept waiting for a long time. If you have to use a rental car, you'll also have to pay a hefty fee. Even though the staff are very friendly, you'll still be kept waiting. They promised to call us back several times, but nothing ever happened. However, the repair itself seems to have been done very well, at least as far as we laypeople can tell.

We purchased our current car from them on February 19, 2025. Mr. Eder is a very competent and honest salesperson. He explains everything in detail and doesn't make promises he can't keep from the outset. He prefers longer waiting times rather than too short and is very transparent throughout the entire purchasing process. I was able to contact him at any time if I had any questions. We were very satisfied and will continue to use Freitag & Loos for our car. This dealership has thus gained a new regular customer.
