We came to the dealership from Croatia to pick up a Mini Cooper car. We took over the car for a lady from Croatia, so for those reasons we needed a power of attorney and various paperwork. With the young employee Burak, who had a lot of time for us and understanding, within 2 days we solved the paperwork and trial tables. When we came to pick up the car, the license plates were ready and we immediately started our way home to Croatia.
