This was the first time I'd ever bought a car without seeing it in person. Since I live near Lake Constance, a quick look wasn't really an option. But the offer for the Smart was very, very good. Mr. Stöcker was very helpful and took care of everything. Everything went perfectly. The vehicle inspection (TÜV) was included... Two weeks later, I drove home in my new "fun car." ⭐ CAUTION – My extremely negative experience with Autohaus Kirchhain ⭐ I want to share my experience with Autohaus Kirchhain so that other buyers are warned. I'm very reluctant to leave negative reviews, as problems can always happen. But the way we were subsequently ignored is completely incomprehensible and simply unacceptable. I purchased a Skoda Kamiq as a private individual in November 2025, paid for it in full, and picked it up as agreed on November 26th. Even at the handover, I was told not to switch off the vehicle "until Frankfurt." In retrospect, this turned out to be a clear indication of already known technical problems. The reality on the return trip: • The vehicle went into limp mode shortly after the handover. • After a regular break at the Swiss border, the car wouldn't start because the battery was completely dead. • We had to call the Swiss TCS (Touring Club Switzerland) at our expense (the invoice is available). • Several calls to the dealership around 5:15 p.m. went completely unanswered. A technical inspection the following day confirmed further defects: • Defective heater • Brake pads not in the condition specified in the contract Since then, we have repeatedly tried to contact the dealership by phone and in writing. To this day, there has been no concrete response, no solution, and no support whatsoever. As a customer, I expect at least a reaction or an attempt to clarify the situation. Instead, we have been completely abandoned – despite significant defects immediately after delivery. Conclusion: Based on my personal experience, this is a dealership that neither communicates reliably nor acts in a customer-oriented manner. Anyone who values ​​a safe vehicle and reputable service should approach this dealership with extreme caution. I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision.
