My wife and I have only been going there for about two or three months, but we're thrilled. The selection is manageable, but the quality is all the better for it! The Backhaus bread is the best bread we've ever eaten—very crispy on the outside, very fluffy on the inside, and not at all sticky. The quark pastries are also excellent; the icing is lemony and reminds me of Nimm 2 candies. The service is always friendly. Unfortunately, the bakery is closed on Sundays, which is incorrect according to Google, as confirmed to me by an employee a few days ago.
