I finally got around to visiting this small but absolutely wonderful bakery, as their opening hours are unfortunately rather limited. The Backhaus bread and the whole-wheat bread are simply the best you can find! It tastes incredibly delicious, and I can only echo the other reviews—this is what true artisanal baking tastes like. Highly recommended!!! A very kind and friendly owner. Thank you so much! 🙂 🍞
