I sometimes take my nephew Alan there for therapy. It's a very nice and friendly place. I can highly recommend it to everyone.

We were looking for a place for our daughter to have equine therapy. The initial contact by phone was very friendly, and we were able to get a prompt appointment for an introductory meeting. Unfortunately, from this point on, there's nothing positive to report. We arrived at the agreed-upon time at the address we were given, only to discover it was the wrong address... no problem, it wasn't far, so we drove to the correct one. Then we were told we were there at the wrong time and that there was no appointment available. These things happen... but then it became downright rude. According to Ms. Bartel, I should have checked the address myself, and I, too, had mixed up the appointments. I still have both the incorrect address and the incorrect appointment in the chat history... Unfortunately, this was very unpleasant and unprofessional. To err is human, no question. However, treating potential patients and their parents like this is simply unacceptable. At least a few words of apology a few days later would have been appreciated... But no, nothing came. I can't offer a professional opinion, but from a personal standpoint, it's quite clear: No recommendations!

Unfortunately, the equine therapy with Michelle Bartel did not meet my expectations. Although I came with high hopes, I was disappointed by the professionalism and the way the therapist treated me. I was promised hippotherapy with a qualified physiotherapist, but instead I received a regular therapist without the necessary qualifications. We scheduled several appointments, but even though we agreed on a time, I was sent home again. The 20-kilometer drive was once more wasted. Overall, the equine therapy caused me more frustration than benefit. Therefore, I cannot recommend this facility and hope that the organization and care will improve in the future.
