I'm standing at the door with my appointment, and there's a note saying that appointments must be cancelled this way. It's 2026, everyone has a cell phone, the physiotherapist has my number... It's so annoying and simply disrespectful.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. I visited today for the second time with a confirmed appointment – ​​and once again I found the door locked. No cancellation, no phone call, no email, no prior notification that the practice was closed. Especially as a patient recovering from surgery, you rely on reliability. Appointments need to be scheduled, time is set aside, travel expenses are incurred – and then you only find out on arrival that it was all for nothing. In 2026, this is simply unacceptable. That something like this happens once would be annoying enough. But that it has already happened twice demonstrates a very poor organization and a lack of respect for patients' time. Communication should be the absolute minimum. Very disappointing.
