Conveniently located right next to the teegut market with a large free parking lot

My husband went to your flower shop today. He arranged the flowers himself, and unfortunately, the lady wasn't very friendly—more like annoyed by the customer. The bouquet looks like it was made by hand. Totally messy and carelessly arranged. A complete jumble of roses on the outside, with one in the middle looking really odd. He didn't look closely when she quickly asked if it was okay. €40 for a bouquet that doesn't look particularly nice. Just so you know, the shop was open for another three hours; he wasn't there just before closing time! That was probably our last visit there.

Well, during my visit there was a limited selection of cut flowers, the employee almost ran me over, no friendly greeting, no offer of assistance even though I was the only customer, I was simply ignored :-) Then she snapped at the trainee in a harsh tone: "You're supposed to cut them." Customer service in Germany should understand that a friendly, open demeanor could boost sales. A mediocre first impression. But it's just a chain, after all.
