I can't say much about the dentist himself yet; he has a calm and friendly manner, but I've only been there for checkups and cleanings so far. The practice management, however, is a disaster. Long waiting times are guaranteed, and I get the impression they're always scheduling as many appointments as possible. When a checkup revealed the need for an X-ray of one of my teeth, I had to make another appointment. It couldn't be done right away. At that appointment, I was told again, "This could take a while." How long? I have no idea. For a procedure that normally takes five minutes, you end up sitting around in this practice for hours.

Great practice. As a patient with anxiety, I felt, well, how should I put it, very comfortable with Ms. Ivanova. Ms. Ivanova listens to her patients and takes away their fears. I'll be back. Great work, and please praise the entire team.
