Franz was a really good restaurant to eat out with children! I initially thought it was a pizza but they sold flammkuchen instead. It still tasted amazing, I especially liked the Ziegenkase and Franz flammkuchen. Very delicious. Chestnuts were in season so they had a menu dedicated to the chestnuts, so we got the chestnut soup. Very delicious especially with the croutons but not sure if I tasted the chestnuts. Overall, amazing experience and great food 😊✨

This place is an absolute delight - delicious food (a luxurious goat's cheese Auflauf), great service, lovely music (1950s R&B classics!), and just far enough off the main tourist strip that it's pretty quiet (on a Sunday night at least). I couldn't recommend it any more highly!

Beautiful inside and out. The food was amazing, off the charts and the dining room is spectacular. Situated inside a stone arched space that served as a bakery centuries ago, you couldn’t ask for more ambiance. The owner is especially charming. Did I mention the food was amazing? And the cocktails are not to be missed. If I could give it ten stars I would 😊
