I went to Carglass and I'm really very satisfied. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that my appointment was even completed faster than originally planned. The windshield of my Fiat Doblo Cargo was replaced quickly and cleanly. Everything went smoothly and professionally. That's the kind of service you want. Highly recommended!

The initial check-in, windshield replacement, and pickup went smoothly, and there's nothing to complain about there. I got really angry, though, when I got into the car. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Even after two days and driving with the windows partially open, the stench is still noticeable. On top of that, both door sills were dirty because the mechanics had been standing on them. They could have at least cleaned them. But smoking in the car is completely unacceptable! That's reason enough for me not to go there again.
