Extremely disappointing and absolutely not recommended. It supposedly took four weeks for the replacement part to be delivered to repair a water pipe. When we called to inquire, we only received curt replies, with the explanation that the pipe had been temporarily patched. The fact that we were living on what felt like a construction site during this time and couldn't continue working was clearly of no concern to the gentleman. On top of that, we had to wait another two weeks for an appointment after the part was delivered. When the repair was carried out, we were initially told the water would be shut off for three to four hours—in the end, it was shut off for 24 hours, without even giving us a chance to fill up our water tanks for the day. To top it all off, we received a bill for €400 at the end—for less than 30 minutes of actual work.
