A small addition (oven and cooktop) was no problem at short notice after consultation – that's what I call true customer-oriented service. The move itself was quick, well-organized, and reliable. Everything was completed within a single day – from near Frankfurt to Berlin, which is quite an achievement. All the furniture was neatly wrapped in foil, protecting it well from scratches, etc. Unfortunately, one or two minor issues did arise (e.g., a slightly damaged IKEA door), but these were resolved professionally and without any hassle. It's precisely in situations like these that you realize how well and responsibly a company operates, and I can say – kudos to Alogaili! Communication, especially with Alogaili, was excellent at all times – respectful, prompt, and on equal terms. The price was also great: certainly not the cheapest, but absolutely fair and more than reasonable for the quality provided! All in all: a truly positive experience with a moving company that really stands out in the often confusing market. Huge praise to the entire team and especially to Alogaili – I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Despite a complete closure on the A5, the boss personally took charge, organized a new team, and personally oversaw the operation. Within a very short time, the replacement team was at the door – friendly, motivated, and well-prepared. The entire process was professional, structured, and lightning-fast: The old refrigerator was professionally dismantled, safely packed, and taken away. The new refrigerator was carefully unpacked, moved to its designated location, and fully installed. Glass panels, storage compartments, and drawers were immediately and properly replaced to ensure everything fit perfectly. All packaging materials were disposed of, and the work area was left clean. A previously forgotten pane of glass was replaced immediately – without discussion, at no extra charge, simply reliable. Communication was also of the highest standard: Calls were returned promptly, every promise was kept, everything was transparent and friendly. Even the boss was fully committed – something you rarely see these days. For the entire service – travel, transport, removal and installation, disposal, and subsequent delivery – the agreed price of around €400 was more than fair.
