Unfortunately, I can only give one star. The employee was very unfriendly and disrespectful. I've noticed this kind of behavior there quite often. The tone was particularly unpleasant again on February 12, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. This is not what I consider customer service. Very disappointing.

We went to the bakery in Löhnberg for lunch today and bought some meatloaf rolls. Unfortunately, we noticed something that concerned us from a hygiene perspective. The employee was wearing a disposable glove on her right hand – the hand she was using to hold the knife. So far, so good. The problem was that she used her left hand, which wasn't wearing a glove, to handle the sliced ​​meatloaf and place it on the rolls. This is not good from a hygiene point of view. The hand that comes into direct contact with the food must be protected to prevent the transmission of germs. Whether the hand holding the knife is wearing a glove is irrelevant; what matters is the hand that handles the product. This practice gives customers the impression that hygiene regulations are not fully understood or being followed. Best regards

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer "neuen" Brotsorte, weil ich gerne mal etwas Neues ausprobieren wollte. Mit Hilfe der sehr netten und fachkundigen Verkäuferin Frau Leber habe ich nun das Brot "Hexenkruste" für mich "gefunden" - sehr lecker und auch lange haltbar. Gibt es eigentlich auch das leckere Nußbrot bald wieder ?
