After waiting an hour, I left without getting anything done. The employee preferred to take a break while a customer's hair color processed (30 minutes) instead of giving me a men's haircut during that time. That's not what I call efficient.

Completely overpriced. €28.50 for a children's haircut. You can't even choose what you want done. I only wanted my son's hair cut, without a wash or blow-dry. This was supposedly included in the price, and that was the only price, as was explained to me after we were finished. This is a complete rip-off! I will neither recommend this hairdresser nor ever go there again. My children left without a wash or proper blow-dry because I thought I would have to pay extra for that and refused. However, I wasn't clearly told that both were included in the price (which I didn't want to pay for anyway). My mistake was probably not researching the price-performance ratio beforehand, as I assumed I could decide for myself what services I wanted.

My daughter's haircut, which was supposed to be straight, looks anything but straight, more like a mess. The employee was only moderately friendly, and even that seemed to strain her. We won't be coming back, nor will we recommend this branch. On top of that, it was really expensive...
