As a "gift," you have to wait an hour, even if you arrive on time. I have never experienced such irresponsible and selfish employees in Germany. Our repeated requests for our card were completely ignored; instead, the child's mother was told to look for it herself. It's a disgrace that such employees exist in Germany. 😡

He's a very good doctor in himself. But trying to reach someone by phone is an absolute nightmare.
