This place can only be described as a joke. The employee who was supposed to fix my hair didn't even have a clue how to cut hair. My hair looked like a stair. On top of that, everything had been arranged beforehand, and after the incident, she denied everything and twisted it around. The owner is incredibly incompetent and unfriendly for her position! They charged me €41 for a dry haircut. Elsewhere, you get a shampoo included in that price. My hair wasn't even properly straightened, and they still charged me €10. It was a long argument; these employees can drive you crazy. In the end, they blame you. I don't recommend this hair salon. I should have reported them three years ago when they burned my scalp. I thought, okay, they're incompetent at coloring hair, but they're just as bad at cutting it? It can't be true! And supposedly, my hair was fixed by the owner herself, and it's still uneven. Thanks for that. You are definitely very, very professional. Furthermore, you don't straighten hair with heat if the structure is already damaged, and if even a hairdresser, let alone the owner, doesn't know that, then I don't know what does.

I went to the salon today with my sister just to get her ends trimmed. The stylist asked my sister if she wanted a styling, which she confirmed. As the salon owner, they could have asked me, her sister, beforehand if that was okay. Children often don't realize how expensive these extra services can be. I also only wanted a trim, but it was done without any proper consultation and only on dry hair. In the end, we had to pay far too much for the services: €65 for my sister and €31 for me. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon, as the communication and the way they handled the service were, in my opinion, unprofessional.
