They're almost impossible to reach by phone. You have to be there in person. Then it works. But getting spare parts is quick.

So reaching anyone there is a disaster, no matter when you call. No one ever answers the phone, and when you get there, the store is already closed 5 minutes before closing time, whether it's lunchtime or evening. I can only go when my work allows it. I just couldn't finish 5 minutes earlier to go there. Once I barely made it, and the door was already closed. When she came to the door and said they were already closed because of their lunch break, I said there were still 5 minutes until the store closed, or rather, the break. The salesperson said very rudely, yes, we want to go to lunch, I should come earlier. Sorry, but as I already mentioned, I can't just start my break/finish time 5 minutes before closing time.

Unfortunately, no idea...they're incapable of ordering anything!! Then they can't find it, then they order the wrong thing. Then there are supposedly two...a total disaster... I then went to WM in Friedberg, it was a breeze...👍👍 And the lady at Wobst had a face like she'd been through seven days of rain... Never again...
