I managed to get a last-minute appointment for an Aquafacial treatment. I was very happy with the treatment. The studio is clean, and the esthetician works professionally and neatly. I then booked an appointment for Botox. I paid €300 for three areas, which is perfectly reasonable. I mentioned over the phone that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the result. The doctor wanted to do a follow-up treatment 14 days later, for which I was supposed to schedule an appointment. This appointment was then canceled an hour beforehand because the doctor was unavailable. That can happen, no problem. However, I'm still waiting for a call back to schedule the new appointment. No one has contacted me since. This is very disappointing and not customer-friendly, especially since I would have gladly had more treatments and would have paid a fair price. I work with clients myself, and when I say "we'll get back to you," I mean it. I'll be going somewhere else in the future. This isn't "first class" in my book. I wish the team all the best and a Merry Christmas.

I discovered the studio on Instagram and was so impressed by the posts and stories that I immediately booked an appointment, despite the 45-minute drive. The studio is very well-maintained and lovingly decorated. I felt comfortable right away. The team is incredibly friendly and explained everything in great detail, giving me valuable tips and tricks. I'm still very impressed with the results, and of course, I booked another appointment right away. I can wholeheartedly recommend FirstClass Beauty to everyone! I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

Recommended by a friend, I immediately requested an appointment for a rasping procedure and received a super quick response and booking. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable and at ease! During the treatment, everything was explained in detail, including what would happen, how it worked, and what to be aware of. I lost 13 cm in circumference after my first treatment and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result; I will definitely be back!!
