I booked an online appointment for an eye test at Fielmann in Alsfeld after someone recommended the branch to me. On February 21, 2026, at 11:45 a.m., I arrived at the scheduled time. However, after waiting for 25 minutes without any contact from a salesperson (not even an inquiry about whether I had an appointment), I realized I wouldn't be able to keep my next appointment. I find it rather regrettable that they offer the option of booking an appointment online but don't honor it. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a recurring problem. Perhaps they should simply not offer online booking.
