New equipment and convenient opening hours. All trainers are friendly and helpful.

Review period since the end of April. Positive: There's a very friendly, family atmosphere. It's quiet in the gym and the staff is adequate. It's conveniently located. Negative: At €11.49 per week for a two-year contract, it's very expensive. The equipment is very old and some parts are damaged. The gym's furnishings are outdated, dark, and weathered. The range of training options is very limited compared to similarly priced gyms. In the yoga class (Wednesdays!), no consideration is given to newcomers: We asked the instructor if she could make sure the chatter and laughter were reduced. Her response was essentially that the others had been there longer and she couldn't accommodate us. Furthermore, the instructor's competence as a yoga teacher seems limited: Little attention is paid to joint-friendly postures, despite promises to be made, and exercises are only briefly demonstrated or even just mentioned by name. The training plans, including names, training dates, etc., of all members are freely accessible in a filing cabinet. For now, I'm only staying at the gym for time reasons, to save time and to stay healthy.

Good support from the fitness trainers, pleasant atmosphere, even if the ambiance is a bit dated. Little to no waiting time to use the equipment.
