I had a physiotherapy appointment today, so I got up extra early and drove there. Unfortunately, despite having a valid insurance number and all the necessary information (which I had in writing), I wasn't treated simply because I didn't have my insurance card with me. The staff was also very unfriendly. Absolutely disappointing – this is no way to treat patients.
