You couldn't feel more at ease. I received professional and competent advice; the owner cut and groomed my hair, and applied a gloss. Every request was taken care of, and every product and its function were explained. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. It's easy to relax and forget about time and the stresses of everyday life. I couldn't have gone home feeling more satisfied.

I was swayed by all the good reviews and was unfortunately disappointed. On November 12, 2021, I went to Ms. M.'s salon with my mother, and her colleague did my hair. It started off well enough; I was recommended a hair painting treatment to refresh my color—we're already blonde. It shouldn't be too complicated. My mother's hair was fine, but I had terrible luck! My hair was almost completely orange, and Ms. M.'s colleague had to redo it because I immediately noticed the orange color. I was very dissatisfied because the final result didn't look good at all. So, it was touched up a second time, but this time by Ms. M. (the owner) herself. She tried to salvage it with highlights. As you can see from my pictures, my hair is still orange in many places, and the color is patchy. Since, in my opinion, the painting wasn't done professionally 😔, my hair is saturated with color, and a professional touch-up isn't possible for the next few weeks. I trusted the owner and thought it must be good now, especially since I spent all my time at the salon from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It was touched up twice, and I paid the full price of exactly €299!! As soon as I got home, my father and boyfriend told me it hadn't turned out well and that I'd been fooling myself. This confirmed my suspicions. On November 13, 2021, we went back to Ms. M. early in the morning at 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, she wouldn't listen to reason! She offered to touch up my hair again, but that would have been the third attempt. Sitting in the chair for several more hours and having my already damaged hair dyed again is out of the question right now. I have no trust in this salon. I researched my rights online and told her I wanted to go to another hairdresser and that she should then pay the bill. She got very angry and immediately rejected the suggestion, even though it's my right. I'm repeating myself, but she's already had to redo my hair twice. I then made her another offer: she should refund me for the painting. This was also refused. So we were asked to leave the salon and threatened with legal action. Why? I paid for a professionally done color treatment and expect a professional result. Nothing more, nothing less. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, and I wanted a partial refund so I could try a different salon in a few weeks. We'll see what happens next. Therefore, I'm only giving them one star.
