The initial contact was great. Mr. Fuhrländer was very friendly and assessed the necessary repairs. The work was then carried out promptly. Unfortunately, the two employees on site didn't seem particularly motivated and weren't very friendly either. After the work was completed, we paid the invoice immediately. However, after a few weeks, it turned out that the quality of the work was insufficient and rework was required. After countless attempts to contact them to request the rework, we were initially given the runaround and ultimately left hanging. We then had to have the work done by another company, which we had to pay again. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority for Fuhrländer. Never again!

I would like to recommend Fuhrländer with 5 stars, as all the work I commissioned was carried out professionally and in good quality, on time, cleanly and quickly to my complete satisfaction.
