A village pub with a bar, a popular spot for regulars. The small menu is perfectly adequate, and there are fries or croquettes for the little ones. The portions are quite generous, and you can combine items however you like. There's a lot of fried food, and the sauce is more like store-bought than fine dining, but it's just like Grandma used to make. Overall, the prices are reasonable, and everything was as expected. Went there again for a chicken dinner with the men's regulars. The food was plentiful and, as always, simply fantastic. Fast, friendly, and incredibly delicious. Unbeatable prices for food and drinks. The atmosphere is lovely. We'd definitely go back. Reservations are recommended.
