I got a very quick appointment with Mr. Iskander, a very nice doctor who was easy to talk to and immediately knew what would help me. With the prescription for an elbow brace, I went to Dr. Gerster's one floor up, which was the best part. There, I was greeted by Mrs. Hardt, and I haven't encountered such a friendly and personable individual in a long time. 😊 Thank you so much, Mrs. Hardt, for the kind advice! I've always shopped at the Gerster medical supply store on Lahnstrasse and have only had positive experiences there. Every employee I've dealt with has been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and competent. There are hardly any waiting times, and even without an appointment, I've always been served quickly and courteously. I was particularly impressed with how they handled missing documents: When my doctor forgot to send me certain documents, the medical supply store requested them from the doctor themselves – that was a huge relief.
