The cakes aren't kept with any description on them. We asked the lady at the counter if she could tell us about two cakes which we had already shortlisted from the 15 options. She was visibly annoyed at this request. You could be selling the best desserts but your customer service is horrible. The bakery also doesn't accept card payment. We went to a cash machine to go to this bakery. Despite that, our experience was bad. How difficult is it to keep a paper describing your cakes ? Or taking 5 seconds to spit out hazelnut creme when asked. We ended up buying two cakes, they are pretty okay. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the goods but with the service which is awful.

Thank you for still having a real bakery nearby. I picked up a small rye bread today and I'm thrilled. A wonderfully crisp crust, a delicate crumb, and an excellent taste. The nougat croissants are also fantastic, by the way. Support your neighbors; it's worth it.
