I don't understand where all these positive reviews come from! The craftsmanship is truly abysmal, at the lowest beginner level. A simple haircut with a perm—nothing difficult for experienced hairdressers. What I got was a disastrous 80s-style perm, uneven curls, in some places no waves at all, and my hair was dry and burnt. Criticism was met with ridicule, and the hairdresser was told that he was only human and could make a mistake. I've honestly rarely experienced anything like this! Absolutely NEVER again!!! Definitely not recommended!!!
