One reeks of cigarettes and the other cuts worse than a lawnmower. Completely incompetent and unhygienic.

I've been getting my hair done by Simona for about two years now and I'm absolutely thrilled! The consultations are always very professional and friendly, and my wishes are perfectly fulfilled. Coloring techniques, balayage – the results are simply always stunning and exactly what I envision. I always feel completely comfortable and can wholeheartedly recommend her and her colleague Fatma! Both of them, as well as the entire salon, deserve 5 out of 5 stars.

Better choose a different hairdresser!! I went to see the lovely Simona last September. I was already confused by her balayage technique because after a while, she pulled out a makeup-like brush and tried to blend something. Instead of showing me my hair straight, she immediately gave me waves. This way, you couldn't see her very messy and unprofessional work (1st picture). When I had my hair straightened a few days later, I was almost shocked! It was completely patchy, uneven, and horrible. It looked like only a few highlights had been added – and that for €200! I didn't think anything of it at first, because maybe it had simply been overlooked. I wrote to her that I wasn't completely satisfied and asked if it could be retouched. She then wrote that she could do it, but wanted to charge extra for her careless work – for which I still paid the full price. When I wrote to her that I wouldn't pay any more because it was a correction, I didn't receive a response, even after a year. Very rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly! NEVER AGAIN!
