The overall experience was very pleasant. The owner was very forthcoming and eager to help. I went there pretty late on a friday evening and despite that he took his time and remained friendly, even though the repair took quite some time. The price was very fair, in my regular car repair shop the price would have been at least double the amount I paid here. Can't recommend this guy enough. Thanks again!

A friend gave me a tip: I actually needed (or so I thought) a rather expensive spare part, but instead of trying to sell me the thing without checking it first, Hakan, unsolicited and expertly, gave my car a thorough inspection. He then gave me (a woman, a non-expert, and – I have to mention this because of enough conflicting experiences) understandable, professional, respectful, and absolutely non-mansplaining tips, tricks, and instructions for self-repair. As it turned out, his analysis was spot on, and I was able to more or less revive my old car (a 16-year-old Hyundai i20) myself with significantly less cost and effort than expected.
