Disrespectful! I called four times, waited three to five minutes each time, and if they answered before I gave my name, they hung up. Simply outrageous.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The practice team is always friendly and tries to schedule appointments promptly. Dr. Zschöck-Holle is a very empathetic doctor who not only takes her time during consultations but also calls patients personally, for example, regarding the results of blood tests. I feel very well cared for and taken seriously.

I came as an unscheduled patient because my family doctor's office was closed for vacation. I was even able to get an appointment the same day for a sick note for more than three days and a new medication for high blood pressure. Dr. Heckroth is very kind and accommodating and took a lot of time with me, which made the longer wait in the waiting room understandable. The waiting room even has a small sofa and a recliner where you can wait very comfortably. I immediately received special drops for my high blood pressure, and she checked it several times. She also took plenty of time to discuss my health problems and prescribed a suitable medication. Registration and appointment scheduling were also straightforward, and I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. Should the Mainzlar Family Practice Center be closed for vacation again, I will gladly contact this practice again and highly recommend it. I will definitely be back! Furthermore, I received some excellent advice for improvement from Dr. Heckroth, a very competent doctor! Thank you so much for covering for my regular doctor while I was on vacation!
