After years of working together, we switched to another company because their service has become unreliable. Sometimes something is installed incorrectly and needs to be repaired later; other times, the assigned employee is either incorrectly or completely uninformed and installs the wrong equipment. I feel sorry for Mr. Schenzielarz that he has to work with such unprofessional staff. You simply can't rely on his employees anymore. It's a shame.
