The place isn't open at the advertised times. When you call to ask why, you're met with an unfriendly brush-off. It's probably all haphazard, like so many pubs these days.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Euro-Café in Lahnau. In almost every respect, the establishment falls short of the expectations one should have for a cozy and inviting pub. The unpleasant and neglected atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entering. The interior is outdated and uninviting, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The tables are often sticky, and it seems as though the place isn't cleaned regularly. The service is also a major disappointment. The staff seems unmotivated and sometimes even unfriendly. You often have to wait a long time for someone to come to your table, and orders are either incorrect or late. A friendly greeting or farewell doesn't seem to be a given here. While the selection of drinks is adequate, they are often poorly presented. Beer is frequently served flat, and the glass sometimes appears dirty. The prices would be reasonable in themselves, but the quality and service simply don't justify the price. The Euro-Café could have significantly more potential with a bit more upkeep and better service, but currently it's simply not a place one would want to visit. Anyone looking for a pub in Lahnau should definitely choose a different option. In conclusion: The Euro-Café is unfortunately unconvincing in every respect. Poor cleanliness, unmotivated staff, and an uninviting atmosphere make a visit not recommended.
